Our Silent Auction is a highly anticipated event every year at the BOWser and CATsino Ball. If you are interested in adding an item for the auction, please call us at 727-397-PETS (7387).

The Pinellas Animal Foundation (PAF) is a local 501(c)(3) non-for-profit organization founded in 1983, by the Pinellas County Veterinary Medical Association. The PAF is holding its 26th annual fundraiser, the BOWser & CATsino Ball, on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the Belleair Country Club. We are seeking the donation of items or services for our silent auction. Any donations or contribution(s) you could make, would be gratefully appreciated.

The mission of the PAF is to provide educational experiences for our youth K-6 through The Edna Klauser Pet Professor Program, offer grief counseling services to those who are suffering from the loss of a beloved pet with The Pet Loss Support Program and increasing the human animal bond. Our organization also contributes to and works with the Great Explorations Children’s Museum in St. Petersburg with the veterinary office exhibit.

The PAF also awards many scholarships each year for the School of Veterinary

Technology students at the St. Petersburg College. Over the past fourteen years, generous contributions and funds raised from the BOWser and CATsino Balls have provided over $70,000.00 in scholarships.

THE PINELLAS ANIMAL FOUNDATION’S
BOWSER AND CATSINO BALL 2025, 25TH SILVER ANNIVERSARY

Saturday night, November 8th, we presented $5,000.00 in scholarships to ten outstanding SPC Veterinary Technician Students before 300 veterinarians, hospitals, staff, families and industry partners at the Belleair Country Club. This brings our grand total to $65,000.00 toward scholarships for education of our veterinary technicians at SPC!
